It’s my pleasure to share a piece of my culinary journey with you. Growing up just outside of Utica, I was always surrounded by the rich flavors and traditions of our region. After spending years honing my craft in kitchens across the country, I knew I wanted to bring those experiences back home, combining them with the timeless elegance of French cuisine.
